*Sessions will vary depending on your need but this is a standard session plan for most mentees.

    • Set SMART goals for the next 6-12 months.

Session 2: Niche and Ideal Client Clarity

  • Develop a cohesive brand identity based on your unique personality. We don’t do dull.

Session 5: Financial Planning and Pricing

Objectives:

  • Develop confidence in fee-setting and budgeting for your practice.

  • Understand techniques for banking.

Objectives:

  • Explore ways to become a boutique upscale practice.

  • Develop a long-term plan aligned with your vision.

Session 7: Client Onboarding & Retention

Objectives:

  • Designing a seamless client journey and delegating tasks to contractors like offshore virtual assistants.

  • Customer service strategies to provide excellent experiences.

  • Preparing for long-term growth and avoiding burnout.
